The 40lb. Butchers Box will include:

- 20lbs Ground Beef (in 1lb packages)
- 1 or 2 of each of the following packages

• NY Strip Steaks
• Ribeye Steaks
• Top Sirloin Steaks

- 1 or 2 - Chuck, rump, or shoulder roasts.
- Some (but not all) of these variety cuts based on availability: Tri Tip, Flank/Blade/Flat Iron Steak, Short Ribs, Brisket, Cube Steak, Spare Ribs, Stew Meat.
