We raise our cattle on all-natural mountain pastures in the Southern San Juan mountains of Colorado. Our herds graze these nutrient-rich grasses while they exercise on the slopes taking in the fresh mountain air. Beef doesn't get more natural than this, and you better believe the flavor speaks for itself. Get ready for the best beef you've ever had on your plate!
This box includes: Roughly 45 lbs. of grass-fed beef.
- 4-6 steaks from the Ribeye, New York Strip and Filet Mignon trio
- 2 Roasts. Either Chuck, Rump, Round, Tri-Tip, Picanha or Arm Roast.
- 1-2 lbs. of Short Ribs
- 1-2 lbs. of Flank, Flat Iron, or Skirt Steak
- 1-2 lbs. of Stew Meat.
- 2 Sirloin Steaks.
- 20-30 1 lb. packages of Ground Beef (90% lean).
- 1-2 lbs. of tenderized cutlets.

How it works: Reserve your 1/8 Beef Share today with a $200 deposit. We process several times each year at our USDA processing facilities. Our beef is dry-aged for 21 days and vacuum-sealed for freshness. When your order is placed, we'll reach out with the upcoming processing dates based on slot availability. Once your beef is ready, we will send you an invoice to collect the rest of the payment ($435). Then we will ship it to your door in 2 boxes. Your beef will arrive fully frozen!
Deposit: Your 1/8 Beef Share deposit is just $200. Your final payment will be $435.
Freezer Space: A 1/8 Beef Share will require approximately 1.5 - 2 cubic ft. of space. It will fit in your regular freezer compartment with plenty of extra space. No chest freezer is needed.
Shipping: Your order will ship to your home. You will be notified when it is being shipped out and when it arrives to you.
When you place an order, you’ll receive an email confirming your order. If you are in the delivery radius, we will deliver within 5 days. If you chose to pick up at the farm, you will receive an email when it is ready for pickup.
