Grass-Fed Hanging Tender Steak

The Hanging Tender steak is similar to a filet mignon, but is cut from the upper belly instead of the tenderloin. This 100% grass-fed and finished cut of meat is known as the Hanger Tender, Hanging Tenderloin, or Butcher's Tenderloin. It is highly prized for its tenderness, rich beefy flavor, and is commonly used in dishes such as tacos, fajitas, bulgogi, or marinated and grilled. Although it is related to Flat Steaks like Skirt and Flank, it has a perfect balance of meat and muscle, resulting in a flavorful and tender steak. Be careful not to overcook this steak, as it may lose its incredible tenderness.
