We raise our cattle on all-natural mountain pastures in the Southern San Juan mountains of Colorado. Our herds graze these nutrient-rich grasses while they exercise on the slopes taking in the fresh mountain air. Beef doesn't get more natural than this, and you better believe the flavor speaks for itself. Get ready for the best beef you've ever had on your plate!

This box includes: Roughly 90-100 lbs. of grass-fed and finished beef.

• 10-14 steaks from the Ribeye, New York Strip and Filet Mignon trio.
• 4 Sirloin Steaks.
• 3-4 Roasts. Either Chuck, Rump, Round, Tri-Tip, Picanha or Arm Roast. 
• 2-3 lbs. of Fajita Meat, Skirt Steak, Flat Iron Steak, Flank Steak or Sirloin Bavette.
• 2-3 lbs. of Stew Meat.
• 5-9 lbs. of Beef Short Ribs. 
• 1 brisket (7-15 lbs.) *limited cut, not guaranteed.
• 35-45 1 lb. packages of Ground Beef (80-85% lean).
• 5-10 lb. of tenderized cutlets.

*Each cow yields different quantities and weights of cuts. Cuts included may vary slightly.

How it works: Reserve your 1/4 Beef Share today with a $350 deposit. We process several times each year at our USDA processing facilities. Our beef is dry-aged for 21 days and vacuum-sealed for freshness. When your order is placed, we'll reach out with the upcoming processing dates based on slot availability. Once your beef is ready, we will send you an invoice to collect the rest of the payment ($949). Then we will ship it to your door in 2 boxes. Your beef will arrive fully frozen!

Deposit: Your 1/4 Beef Share deposit is just $350. Your final payment will be $949. 

Freezer Space: A 1/4 Beef Share will require approximately 3.5 - 4 cubic ft. of freezer space.

Shipping: Your order will ship to your home or is available for pick up on the farm. You will be notified when it is being shipped out and when it arrives to you.

Total cost is $1,299.00 - this is a deposit only to hold your pick up slot.
