Contains roughly 100 lbs. the following -
25% of:
- New York steaks
- Rib Steaks
- Tenderloin/Filets
- Sirloin Steaks
35% of:
- Variety of 2-3 lb. arm, top, bottom and/or chuck roasts
- A variety of flank steak and/or brisket, beef shanks, stew meat, short ribs
40% of:
- 1 lb. packages of ground beef.
When you place an order, you’ll receive an email confirming your order. If you are in the delivery radius, we will deliver within 5 days. If you chose to pick up at the farm, you will receive an email when it is ready for pickup.
